"Who'd have thought that the tail fronds of a black and white colobus monkey would look so much like the magical hair of a stranded princess...

i was in portland zoo the other day when i spotted a colobus monkey with the longest tail frond thingy i'd ever seen; it even curled in mini ringlets! so when announced that their august theme was going to be 'rapunzel', that was naturally the first thing that came to mind.
